01
Brief and quote
Tell us the room, the pieces and the sizes. You get one delivered price in writing within two working days, with a drawing for anything made to measure.
02
Agreement starts the work
You sign our sales agreement and pay Estonian Oak Ltd: in full for the office set, half for made-to-order pieces. That confirms the order and books the workshop. You get the agreed delivery period in writing.
03
Made in Estonia
Your pieces are built and finished in the workshop. You see photographs of the finished furniture, and pay any balance before it leaves.
04
Delivered and assembled
We clear customs, carry everything to the room and assemble it. You check it and sign that it has arrived and is accepted. The packaging leaves with the crew.
Nothing to add at the border.
Buying furniture from Europe now means a customs declaration and import VAT on every shipment. We are the importer, so all of that is ours to do. You receive furniture, not paperwork.
The delivery period is confirmed in writing on your quote. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands and the Channel Islands are quoted separately.
